Error when trying to run instance on webserver Flexsim 2017

Dear, I'm doing a test with the webserver and the Internet Explorer browser and in this test I'm not able to visualize the graphic part of the simulation in the browser. The connection to the instance is working and the model execution is also responding to the controls that are in the browser, but the browser area that should be displaying the running model is not working. Debugging the requests in the browser I get the following error: File: webserver.dll Line: 142 Column: 47 SCRIPT5007: Can not set the 'selected' property of undefined or null reference File: jqxlayout.js Line: 7 Column: 17983 There is some procedure to correct the problem. I am using Flexsim 2017 on Windows Seven. Thank you for your attention. Jean

EDIT: See this answer.

Are you running the webserver through IIS or Apache?

We have found that when running the webserver through IIS or Apache, the 3D view will not work correctly 100% of the time unless you are using an NVIDIA GeForce GTX card or NVIDIA Quadro card.

@Ben Wilson made a modified version of the index.html file which can detect if the instance is a good one and allow you to try again without loading it manually.

Hi Jacob, I used flexsimserver.exe and am using a compatible graphics card.

I performed another test after upgrading the Flexsim version to 2017 update 1 (17.1.2) and installing Flexsim's WebServer 17.1.0. The test also did not work, but in this case the exception occurred: FlexScript exception: MAIN: / project / exec / globals / serverinterface / sendreply the nodefunction called by httpgetquery did not call httpsendreply.

Hi @Jacob Gillespie, the model is simple, created just for this test. Follow the attached model.testeweb.fsm

Hi, @Jacob Gillespie did anyone find a solution to this issue. I am experiencing the same exact. I am running 17.2 and installed the webserver after downloading it from the site.
