FlexSim has no limit on bundle size. You can have as many fields, and as many entries, as you want.

Unless you're running 32-bit FlexSim. Then, each running FlexSim is only allowed to allocate 4 GB of RAM total, for all its treenodes, bundles, objects, etc. If FlexSim tries to get more than that, Windows will just refuse to allocate that memory, and FlexSim will crash. Try not to do that.

For 64-bit FlexSim, windows will allow each running FlexSim allocate 128 GB (for the Home Edition; other editions allow 2TB) of RAM. So the Windows limit is unlikely to be the problem.

The problem is usually the amount of RAM in the computer running FlexSim. If all running applications combined require more than your total RAM, then Windows will start to use the hard drive as extra RAM. This often causes a massive slow-down for your computer in general. It can seem frozen.

This comes up a lot while running experiments or optimizations. If the model requires 4 GB of RAM, and then you try to run 8 copies of that model at once, you will ask the OS for 32 GB of RAM. If you don't have 32 GB of RAM available, paging begins, and it can be very, very slow.

So the practical limit of the bundle depends on how much RAM you have.
