Mass accumulation on conveyor

I am new to FlexSim and I try starting to familiarize myself with the software. I am trying to simulate the way my company uses conveyors in their plants. My problem is that the conveyor I am simulating is a 1 meter wide conveyor with the flow item being 0.1 diameter cylinders. What I want to happen when the items reach the end of the conveyor (There is no object after the conveyor so they just stop) is that they will accumulate across the width of the conveyor and then backup along the length of the conveyor. Is there a way to do this?

The beta version of our Bottling Module which includes a Mass Flow Conveyor is available for download. Here is the announcement:

Hi Matt,

Very interesting. I am curious as to what you have created.

Is the massflow conveyor part of a system of the 'standard' conveyors? I mean is it possible to switch a conveyor to massflow accumulation? Or will it be a complete separate set of objects?

PS: Massflow conveyor is very interesting, but we would like to see more Pallet (Chain) conveying behavior in FlexSim. At the moment we need to create extra logic to have pallets move correctly over a (chain) conveying system. Now the logic seems very much geared to belt and roller conveyors.

The Mass Flow Conveyor is part of the Bottling Module. It's a separate install that adds additional objects to the standard FlexSim library.
