Gantry pick up tasksequence from Floor storage rack

Hello,

In floor storage I am stacking maximum 8 items in one cell location. When their will be 4 stacks with 8 items in individual cells in the floor storage area, gantry should starts task sequence to unload all 4 stacks (32 items) in the queue. Maximum capacity of gantry is 4 items when loading from floor storage.

Task sequence of gantry for floor storage:

1) Task sequence trigger starts: when their will be 4 stacks (32 items)of 8 items in individual cell in floor storage

2) Gantry load: Gantry loads maximum 4 items and unload in the queue.

3) Repeat step 2 for 7 more times for completely unloading 32 items in the queue.

4) Gantry back to one item load / unload task from conveyor into floor storage area.

5) Again task sequence triggers when their will 4 stacks of 8 items in the floor storage (Step 1 to 4)

Can someone please guide me how I can do this in 3d or using process flow?

You can change the priority of the tasksequences the crane has to do. You identify the item belonging to a stack and then identify the transport tasksequence. When the rack get into the state of high capacity emptying you change the capacity of the crane and adjust then the priority of the involved tasksequences. Each stack item to transport gets an own priority value. For example items of stack 1 get the priority of 3 in their involved transport tasksequence.

When the crane begins to load an item with a tasksequence priority of the standard priority 0 the max transport capacity is reset to 1.
