List Example 2 Problem

When I try and recreate the List Example 2 for the Job Shop posted by @Paul T, I am unable to replicate the results in FlexSim 17.1.2. Is there an issue with the way we access Global Table data relative to the List? The Alpha processors never get a flow item and it appears all flow items increment to step 7 which is incorrect if they were to follow the List routing. I could use some help understanding.

Perhaps it has to do with the use of "step" as the Expression. FlexSim may expect this to be step()

Best,

Jason

There seems to be an issue with the method of accessing the item type value. Using getitemtype(value) returns zero to the list Entries viewer while value.type expression returns two.

I've updated your model here. The only thing you really needed to change was changing the label from type to Type. The tutorial needs to be fixed, but everything else in the software is doing it correctly. When you add a new ItemList to the model it adds a Type field.

Hi there, i'd like to ask, what's the implication of this red circled one... cause i've reviewed all the modified function but i don't find the "Type" section except in the list properties. Thank you @Matthew Gillespie
