How can I put this constraint into my optimizer design?

I've been trying to put this constraint: variable 1 not equal to variable 2 in the optimizer design into the experimenter module but I do not want to use > or <

Sorry but it didn't work

But I already find that I can not do that, so I put Variable 1 - variable 2 >=0.0001
