assuming you are talking about Google Maps, can you get a little more specific? What exactly does "integration" between the two mean to you? How do you want to make use of Google Maps within FlexSim?

I want to load the map of google maps into my model, so I can make zoom, see distance and roads. I know that I can put it like background but I want to know if is any possible to integrate the map with all its functions.

There is no direct integration built into FlexSim to natively interface with Google Maps. However, using FlexSim's abilities to communicate across HTTP, or using FlexSim's built in WebKit browser, you would be able to accomplish the kinds of things you're asking about. The catch is that you need to be fairly familiar both with FlexSim and with web programming (Javascript, specifically) in order to meet your needs.

To be honest I see a lot of value for many, many projects here. Perhaps if you guys ever have a Google-style "Friday afternoon is for fun projects" thing someone'd like to pick this up - I for one would love to see the (beta) of the GoogleMaps module in FS 18.0 :-)
I second @Mischa Spelt. There are many scenarios. For e.g. models can get realtime traffic/congestion data from google maps (based on the time to reach destination) and help pick the right route etc. Please keep the group posted in case of any updates.
