Outputs racks conditions

Hello,

to go deeply into flexim simulations (after I get what I expected from dashboard) i'm looking to simulate a case that i'm often dealing with but i'm struggle to set up the simulation in the good way.

The case is the following one :

I'm looking to simulate a warehouse served by a stacker crane without conditions concerning the inputs but I would like to evacuate my items only when I get five identique ones.

I'm already able to simulate my wharehouse, with differents type/colors item as inputs but my ASRS evacuates them as soon as he put one in the rack.

Any idea to reach my goal ?

Hello Bruno,

Is the attached model close to the logic you are looking for ?

I've used a Process Flow logic to batch the items in the rack by item type.
