Patients Self-Room but never leave

I am trying to add steps into my current patient tracks so that patients will take themselves to their exam rooms and not have a staff person escort them. For some reason this is causing problems and patients won't leave their exam rooms. This same model, without the self-rooming option works fine for patients leaving, once this is added it seems they just stay in their exam rooms and I'm not sure why. Any help you can provide on fixing this issue or if there is an easier way to have patients move themselves to the exam rooms that you know of, that would be helpful!

The predecessor of activity 700_MA Intake needs to account for both patients who are escorted and patients who are self roomed. Change its predecessor from 600 to 515 OR 600.
