Does the process flow Schedule Source offset time apply to all arrivals or just the first one in the schedule?
For example, if I put 2000, does it mean that ALL arrivals in the list are delayed by 2000 or just the first arrival?

The Offset Time will cause the arrival schedule to not begin until the offset time has elapsed. Then the arrival schedule will start. If you have an offset time of 100, and an arrival table with times of 10, 20, 30. Then your arrivals will arrive at 110, 120 and 130.
I was almost convinced you would say the opposite.
So for example, if I have:
Arrival 1, time 100
Arrival 2, time 200
Arrival 3, time 300
Arrival 4, time 400. And so on....
And then I put Offset 2000. The Arrival 1 will be at 2100 but the others would remain at 200,300,400 ?
