Troubleshooting - Basics Tutorial 1.4 - Link the Models

14-basic.fsmWould someone be able to help me troubleshoot what I did wrong in linking the model and process flow in tutorial 1.4? The desk workers do not seem to be going to the service desk to help any customers, aside from the first two customers. There are zero happy customers.

Look at the Release: Desk Worker activity. The Resource(s) Assigned To field should say

token.deskWorker

and not

token.serviceDesk

Also you should check the Preserve Global Position box on the Move Customer to Service Desk activity so the customers aren't jumping to the center of the model when they leave the waiting line.
