Statistics collector and user libraries bug

Hi,

I tried to add a statistic collector to an user library as an auto-install component.

But when I load the library, the statistic collector is added as it is an object, an not a tool. Same thing happens when I try to add it as a draggable icon.

This is a bug. That button should not be on the Statistics Collector properties window. Thanks for reporting this issue.
