Arrival distribution for a source?

Arrival distribution for a source?

I have a set of distributions for arrivals given an hour. Say at 8 am I have a certain distribution with its parameters but I don't know if I can use that distribution because the option is "inter arrival times"
Is there a way I could use a "by time of the day" table with arrial distributions or should I try and get the inter arrival?
