Exception on reset when using 'Apply MTBF to a set of states'

hi all,

I'm making a model which contains a set of belt conveyors. When I choose the option 'Apply MTBF to a set of states' I always get an exception when I reset the model (see code below). If I deselect this option, the problem disappears. Anyone know why this happens?

exception: Exception Caught in MTBFMTTR::onReset() object: /Tools/MTBFMTTR/MTBFMTTR_BeltConveyor_Intake_2
exception: Exception Caught in ObjectFunction264__project_library_MTBFMTTR_behaviour_eventfunctions_OnReset object: /Tools/MTBFMTTR/MTBFMTTR_BeltConveyor_Intake_2 class: /Tools/MTBFMTTR/MTBFMTTR_BeltConveyor_Intake_2

exception: Exception caught in TreeNode::receivemessage()
exception: Executive::__reset()
exception: int Executive::reset()
exception: reset

update: this also seems to set the state of the belt conveyors to 'other' at the start of the model.

The 'Apply MTBF to a set of states' feature uses the OnStateChange event. Conveyors seem to be missing this event even though they have states.

I have added in this event so it will be available in the next bugfix: 17.2.4 and 17.0.11

@Jacob Gillespie

I have encountered this same issue with a Station object on a conveyor in version 18.08.
