AGV Loops, can AGV transport racks and source output

(According to the image)agv-circuito.png

I intend that when an AGV arrives to a source:

  • Brings an empty rack from the sink, leaves it on point 1(a, b or c depending on the circuit)
  • Goes to point 2 where another rack is being filled and stays there (charging) till the rack is full
  • When the rack is full, the AGV takes it to point 3, leaves it there and loops around once as shown by the arrows in the image. Simultaneously, and AGV waiting in the sink is given the signal to come to this production line.
  • Takes the rack that was in position 1 and puts it in position 2.
  • The AGV then takes the full rack in position 3 to the sink
Also i'm not sure how to add cycle times in the sources
This is supposed to be the working process in every line.

Hi Felipe, if you mean the frequency at which the items arrive at the sources, you can set it up by defining an Inter Arrival Time (this would be your cycle time).

It is difficult to exactly get your problem from the image. I would recommend to do the AGV tutorials included in the software and after that, post your built model pointing out the specific questiosn.
