Why does the window of "Activity finished trigger" close automaticaly ?

Hello,

I have a problem using some options in FlexSim Healthcare.

For instance, the "Activity Finished Trigger". I am able to open the window where the options can be set. Whenever I select an option, the window close immediately and I am not able to set anything. This video illustrates the problem : https://we.tl/RZ2ghkMpjf

Do you have an explanation ?

Are you using multiple monitors? I believe this is an issue with running the program on a monitor other than your main one. Try running the program with the main FlexSim window on your main monitor.

I am using multiple monitors and this was the problem. Now that I am using FlexSim on the main monitor, I don't have this problem anymore.

Hello Cédric,

I'm not sure that it could be the cause of your problem but it's worth a try.

FlexSim uses functionality provided by Microsoft’s .NET framework. The .NET framework is already installed on most computers. It can be freely obtained from Microsoft Windows Update, or as a standalone download directly from Microsoft.

Could you please try installing the latest Microsoft .Net framework and let us know if it solves your issue ?

Also, handle the suggestions posted by @Clair A and update your video card driver.
