OptQuest runs fine until I hit "Stop" then freezes indefinitely. Any suggestions? This is version 17.1 on Flexsim. I'd like to be able to export the results to CSV but it is nonresponsive. I've tried several times to no avail.
Here is a list of things to try:
- If you have End of Experiment code, try commenting that code out. If the bug stops happening, the issue is in the export code. Paste the code into a script window and run it, to see what's going on.
- Try limiting the total number of iterations to 1. This will stop the Optimizer for a reason other than a User stop. Please share the result.
- Try running an experiment, rather than an optimization. Make up reasonable scenarios, if you don't have any. Please also share this result.
