middleton-model.fsm I'm having trouble getting my patients in the attached model to leave the Welcome Room (waiting room) and be escorted to the Exam Room. I would like them to be escorted by a counselor and once arriving at the Exam Room, be met by an RN. I can only find ways to get them to go to the exam room on their own, or else they don't leave the waiting room. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
The issue is that it doesn't seem to work if you have an activity with ID 0. If you change the ID of the first activity to 1 and change the predecessor of Activity 10 to 1, the model works.
