Listening to a global table value is only possible if the global table data is assigned as a tracked variable. Once you assign the cell value as a tracked variable data then you can use the sampler from the event triggered source to reference the global table value and listen to its change.
After sampling select a change rule, based on your requirement. Also, attaching a sample model.
