How to simulate a sequence of operations on machines.

I'm new to FlexSim and currently working on optimization of production planning and scheduling problem.

4 parts are to be produced, each having a specific number of operations to be performed.

The operations are to be distributed on 4 machines.

At the end I want to get the end time of each machine and the idle time of each machine.

Any bit of information will be useful. Thanks in advance

@Omar O

You can make a model to get the information like the end time of the operation step you want accoring to the routing table of the products. You can get easily the gantt chart of the operations using dashboard.

In first make your model using flexsim and when you want to know anything in detail about them, upload it in this forum.

@Omar O Look at the tutorials found in FlexSim, FlexSim Basic Tutorials 1.2 "Get Data from the 3D Model" is all about how to gather data from the model. To help with setting up your model, you are going to need to give a better outline of the flow of items you want.
