processflowmax.jpgI am following the tutorial. My Model Limit for the Process flow says it is Reached. We have the full version of FlexSim on a server license. I am not sure if it is still referencing the trial version.

It sounds like your client PC is not getting a license from the license server.
Everything I'm about to mention can be found in the License Server Installation Instructions.
1) Ensure that your license server is properly hosting the licenses. You can quickly check this in lmadmin by visiting the dashboard, and clicking the Concurrent button (see page 21). If all is well, you will see several features listed, such as commercialuse, compile, consolescript, etc:
2) Ensure that you have configured your client PC to obtain a license from the license server. This is outlined in Step 9. Activate client PCs (page 22).
3) If there are still problems in your client PC obtaining a license from the license server, work through the section Troubleshoot client-server licensing problems (page 25). You will need access both to your client PC and your license server.
If you have specific questions regarding your licensing, it may be wise to ask in a new private question, where license information specific to your organization can be shared privately.
You can also contact your local FlexSim partner for phone or web-screen-sharing support. They will need to have access to both the license server and a client PC to go through all the troubleshooting steps, so please be sure arrange in advance with your IT group or other license server administrator, as necessary.
