I was working on Task Logic Tutorials Tutorial 4(AGVs) and half of step3 my model limit reached, it prompted a window told me to upgrade my license. But when I tried to upgrade my license it shows that my license is already the latest version.

This is an upgrade request for another type not version. You license type has got a limit of objects possibly inserted to a model. You need a license type for larger models. Please contact your FlexSim distributor and ask him what he suggests. Otherwise build models with lesser inserted objects. If you checked the amount of objects in the model and the tutorial says to input more then there might be an bug in the version that isn’t counting the objects correctly. In this case please upload the model. Then the development department can check this.

Here are some of the main limitations imposed by different FlexSim licenses:
Express (no license): 30 object limit, certain features such as Experimenter, Tree View, and others are disabled. This mode is mostly for trial or demonstration use, but can also be used as a viewer for large models. Random number streams are locked down, so this license type should not be used for making actual business decisions.
Student : 100 object limit. Most (all?) features are enabled. Software licensed for educational use only.
Educational: No limitations. Software licensed for educational use only.
Runtime: Can't be used to build new models, but can run existing models of any size, with full stochastics. Use of experimenter is enabled.
Enterprise: No limitations - full version.
It appears based on your description that you have a student license. As @Jörg Vogel mentioned, please contact your local FlexSim distributor for information on switching to a different license type.
