HC: Delay break till a certain condition

Hi

In the HC model, I would like to delay the break of the resource when there is no more people waiting in the queue. How should I do it?

If this queue is a common queue, that is people will come back to this queue after they have completed their other processes. How do I delay the break only if I have patient that are going to the bed waiting in the queue?

There's no automatic way using just the Shift Schedule functionality to delay a break based on a condition that needs to continually be checked. You would need to develop your own modeling scheme for sending staff to a break room when conditions are satisfied. Maybe you can try setting up a Global Process that you kick off with a Start Activity Trigger when conditions are right.
