Hello,
When adding tunnels to a racking system, the first level is not always drawn. It only works if it is the first bay or bays if the tunnel is several bays wide.
Is this a know bug o some other issue?
Thanks!

I don't understand your question. Please post an example model demonstrating the issue with an explanation of what it is doing vs what you think it should be doing.
Sorry @phil.bobo, I thought I had loaded an screenshot. I am attaching a model, where the bays 1 and 2 have 2 levels less (no problem there) and bays 5 and 6 and 9 and 10 also have 2 levels less. However for those 4 bays, the bottom level is not drawn, the boxes "float" in the air.

This has been fixed. The fix will be in the FlexSim 18.0.9 and FlexSim 18.2.3 updates.
