Create token based on columns of a Schedule Source

Hello,

I'm a new user in FlexSim and I'm facing an issue maybe easy to solve thanks to this comunity.

I'm creating Trucks (tokens) with 2000 packages/truck with the "Schedule Source" process. Then I would like to convert those trucks in packages respecting the repartition of columns A, B and C as visible below.

It means that when the Truck3 arrive, I want to create 2 * 2000 *0.25 packages labeled A, 2 * 2000*0.25 packages labeled B and 2 * 2000 * 0.5 packages labeled C.

To do so I used the Create tokens process with assign labeling by percentage but it's not working accordingly since the number packages created by type (A,B,C) is not the right one...

Any insights ?

Thank you

Hello @Alban P,

I attached a possible solution with a simple model that I created.

If the model is small, perhaps a good solution is to use "Split and Join" and CreateTokens separately according to the token labels (A, B and C in this case).

I hope I have been helpful.

Here's a simple model that should work for a demo version. Here's I have them creating the objects, but you can use the same quantifier for create tokens. Wasn't too sure about some things. Is the Quantity how many trucks are coming in?

If you could upload anything you have model wise that would be helpful as well so we could help incorporate anything we help you with into your model or know which direction you are headed.schedule.fsm
