"exception: Could not write html file" when opening GUI?

Hi there, I am encountering an exception error while opening GUI. To resolve this I have to open and close GUI window 4-5 times until the issue is gone. Need a fix for this problem!!

I think I had a similar problem with my FlexSim 18.1. Have you uninstalled and reinstalled FlexSim? Maybe you could also upgrade to 18.2 or even 19.0 if you have current maintenance.

@Sharan Nitin, have you updated the model from FlexSim Version 16 or 7? Please look for the keyword 'html' in the search and try some the answers and comments.
