Operator to load a pallet from a conveyor "x" boxes at a time

The operator is unloading 4 different conveyors onto four different pallets in the same area. there are four combiners used to limit the load and then the loaded pallet will be picked up by a fork truck. the operator will get a new pallet and start again. How do I get him to unload each conveyor "X" boxes at a time onto the pallets.

When you mean "X" boxes at a time, do you mean he waits at the conveyor till he is holding "X" boxes then unloads them onto the pallet?

No. He unloads "x" boxes onto one pallet, one at a time, and then goes to the next pallet and does the same. He will continuously move around the four outlets as long as there are boxes being fed out or until the pallet is loaded. If the pallet is loaded he will skip the loaded pallet until it is moved and then he will replace the pallet with an empty and continue the process with it, always around the four conveyors. Right now he only unloads one box and then moves to another conveyor. He should be unloading more than one box at a time or he will spend all his time travelling empty instead of loading pallets.

You could build this type of system in process flow, but another suggestion if you want the operator to only work on 1 line at time is to open and close the ports of the conveyors, so that the ports are only open on 1 line at a time.
