Task 1.4 "Invalid Task has been encountered"

Hello,

I´m new to flexsim and following the step by step tutorials for beginners. I´m currenly on Task 1.4 of the tutorials and keep getting the following message when I run the simulation "Invalid Task has been encountered". Apparently there is a syncronization error between the person 1 and desk worker 2. I´ve double checked all the steps and followed every instruction accordingly and can´t find the error. Please help.

In Task 1.3 Step 3.10 it tells you to change the Release Token picklist to release the token to connector 2. You are releasing the token to connector 1 which is causing an error later because the token never acquired the service desk.

Also, in the Move Customer to Service Desk activity you should check the Preserve Global Position checkbox to keep the customer from warping to the center of the model.
