How can I stop the source producing parts after 120 pieces by using inter-arrival-time? It must be inter-arrival because i need the adjustment "uniform" for the randomly producing items in a time range.

Andreas,
you can limit the output by adding an Exit Trigger to the Source, that stops the output of the source. To limit the output to 120, you have to check if 119 item already have exited, when the 120th wants to exit so the output is closed after that one.
Add the Exit trigger and choose the pick option "Control/Close and Open Ports" and change the condition as in the picture below:
