Release resource because of Join activity

I am using the People Module to build a simplified emergency room. I case of an emergency a patient needs 2 nurses and a physician. See picture below.

However, because of the join activity, 2 of the 3 resources are released. How can I make sure that they are released after the Process activity? See also attached model.

In the Split activity check the Label Access on Parent Only checkbox. This will make all the child tokens acquire resources for their parent token and not for themselves. You'll then want to make another Emergency Nurse Resource or refer to the staff using the Staff label since the two tokens acquiring from the Emergency Nurse resource will get the same staff if you ask for the last acquired from the resource.
