I would like to create two lines which are in paralell but when a line works the other is stoped.

For example, the line A works during 3 weeks then the line B works 1 week but not in the same time.

I would like to know how is it possible to do that

You can create 2 different time tables.

In the attached model 2019-05-07-time-table.fsm, the 1st workstation works 3 weeks and then the 2nd workstation works 1 week.
