2019: How to model ED Observation

Hi I would like to know how to model the attached scenario in 2019 update 1

Patient arrives with Ambulance. The paramedics from the ambulance and a nurse will push the patient to ED observation area. The ED observation area should be an empty space (e.g. it is like floor storage rack), where the patient is treated and stabilized.

Suggestion: there is no such object where the gurney can be parked where the patient is treated on the gurney. Can such object be added to the Multi-location?

I've attached a sample model showing one way you could do it using the Move Equipment activity. It's still not ideal though.

I'm working on improving this for 19.2. I'm adding a checkbox to the Transport Person activity that lets you keep the person on the gurney.
