In my model combiner 4d can't collect 700 flowitems (only 699). Where i made a mistake ?

What is happening with your model is that when it comes to the last 2 items moving from the Magazyn mieszanek produkcyjnych to the Automat wahadłowy, Automat wahadłowy 1a and 1b are available before 1d is available.
So one way this can be solved is by creating a trigger on processors 1a thru 1d that only allows 1400 items enter the processor before closing the input port.
