how to calculate availability?

hello, I have a problem with calculating the availability of the model I would like to calculate it with a simple equation

availability = available time / total time

where the available time is equal to the total time minus the breakdowns already established

I hope you can give me an idea of how to do it I know what can be done with code but I'm a novice in that

FlexSim 18.1.2

Hey @ernesto daniel AG

Could you upload your model so we could get a better idea of what you are doing and provide a more specific solution for you?

In the model there are two lines of production, one has a breakdown at 10 am and the other at 12 pm

I would like based on that, have the availability of the model with the aforementioned equation and the result keeps it in a statistic collector and then graph it. I hope you can help me with that.

Thank you very much

next I share the model

Hello, to do what you want, you do not need a statistics collector, just a board with a pie chart, where the availability for each production line is the sum of the time of the process and the idle time (apart from the time of the breakdown) , the objects that are in the processor and the 3 of the initial model. to know the availability of the system you should only get the average between the availabilities of the production lines, but this does not change, the conditions of the production lines, according to your initial model. If you want to minimize idle time you can put tails between the objects of the model, this reduces idle time to almost 0. Excuse me if my English speaking is not very good.
I hope this will help

you just have to run the model so that the circular graphics move until the end of the time you defined. to see the statistics or percentages you just have to put the cursor on the graph without clicking

thanks,i liked your idea and it works good

but, How could I graph the average of my two graphs in one?

to obtain only global availability

I would also like to write that average percentage in a table
