how to define flowitem class as a rack?

hi i want define flowitem class in source as a rack shape used in flexsim.how can i achevie this ? would someone help me ?thanks in advance.

You won’t find a shape, because the look of the rack is a function. You can try to move the rack object into the item in the flow item bin. Then the item is a container for the rack. But the memory size is much greater then.

can you help to explain how to move the rack object into the item in the flow item bin?
