I'm having an issue with a saved file from FlexSim HC. It looks like the resources are from regular FlexSim even though my versions is 5.3.10.
I cannot upload the model as the .DWG file is proprietary.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Even though we talked off line, I'll get some info up for anyone else that may meet the same issue.
There appears to be something wrong with your FlexSim HC installation. Even when opening FlexSim HC directly, with no model, its initial start state is messed up. This may be due to something going wrong in the .msi installation process performed by your IT department, or it may be some other incompatibility with the .msi installation process. The .msi installation process for FlexSim HC is not as straightforward as for our vanilla FlexSim application, because there are actually two .msi files that must be installated in a particular order and proper paths supplied to the installation.
The most direct fix is to download the installation .exe for the latest version of FlexSim HC and run that directly on your computer. This will sidestep any issues with the .msi installation process, and allow you to continue with your work. Testing using the .msi files could continue on a different system to determine if there was a misconfiguration of the installation process, or some other issue.
