Problem with viewing JT at Customer's PC

I am using FlexSim19.1, I have replaced 3D file for Basic FR as a JT and shared the model with Customer. But he is not able to see the JT in his laptop as the referece is through my computer

@Aaditya J Check out the option to embedd the media: Embed Media Please be aware that your model size can increase significantly.
