I have imported a .jt file to replace a Basic FR object. I can see and manipulate the JT file in Team Center, but I am unable to visualize the same in FlexSim. I can only see a box with nothing inside.
Our JT importer only renders "triangle sets." If your JT shape is composed of "implicit primitive" types (cylinder, cone, sphere, etc.), then they won't be visible.
Try to see if there is some way in Team Center to convert primitive shapes into triangle sets. Perhaps checking the "Include precise geometry" checkbox in the JT export?
Also, our JT importer only supports JT format versions between 8.1 and 10.0. Make sure you are exporting in a version in that range.
