Here is a link to the User Manual that explains how to connect a Task Executor such as the Transporter to Network nodes. Make sure that all network nodes in your model are some how connected and accessible to transporters.

A taskexecuter travels on a network of network nodes, if he is connected by an object connection ("a"-Type) to a network node. If you have different network systems the taskexecuter can leave a network on an offset travel and enter a different system. Both involved network nodes are connected by a "d"-Type connection.

Alternatively, you can bind the taskexecuter to another system by the command "contextdragconnection".
