FlexSim Healthcare has a default setting of length in meters. If your CAD drawing is in a different setting such as feet it might import differently, so try zooming in or zooming out and it might be there. If not, take a look at this user manual to verify that it is being uploaded correctly. (Found by clicking on "Help" at the top of the program.
You can also check out the regular FlexSim software help page and see if it gives any help in uploading a floor plan. Or upload your model and we can try to help out more.
