What are the specific limitations of FlexSim Express in comparison with the full version?

Thanks! I still have one question, though:

What does it mean to say that the Express version does not have "unlocked random streams"?

Does it mean that is does not generate random numbers? Or that the seed is fixed and thus it will only generate only one sequence of random numbers?
