What is the meaning of RelativeStartTime in output data?

I don't understand exactly what is the source of the values of RelativeStartTime and RelativeStopTime in the output of PatientActivityHistory in version 5.3.10. I can't find anything in Help nor FlexSim Answers.

Looking at the code where it sets those values it looks like the RelativeStartTime is just the time the activity started minus the value of the patient's ArrivalTime label. The RelativeFinishTime is the time the activity finished minus the arrival time.

So if a patient arrived at time 70 started the activity at time 80 and finished at time 100 then the RelativeStartTime would be 10 and the RelativeFinishTime would be 30.
