I formatted my computer and now I've installed Flexsim Update 2 and I cannot open any of my files that I had saved.
See picture attached showing the errors that I get.
Any idea?

Did you return your FlexSim license before formatting your computer? If not, did you re-enter your license activation code? Just need a little more specific information about what you've done.
Thanks.
Hi @Antonio R8, what version were your models created in? You could try installing that version in addition to the latest version you just installed.
Different year.update versions of FlexSim can be installed on the same computer at the same time without problem - for instance 19.1.x and 19.2.y could both be installed simultaneously and each will work without bothering the other. If you try installing 19.1.z, by default it will replace 19.1.x, so the same doesn't hold true across bugfix releases in the same year.update family.
After installing the original version of FlexSim used in creating your models, try opening them there and make sure they are working as they should.
There could be an issue with the models having become corrupted, or there could be an issue with the FlexSim installation. Either way, more information will be helpful in finding a solution.
If neither of those links help, and you don't find any new information, please consider posting the model so that we can have a look to debug the issue. If you need to, start a new private question to keep the model file confidential.

Ben,
Thank you for your answer and apologies for my late response. The file was created with 19.0 but then was revised by Benjamin and I cannot open it with any versions including the latest 19.2.3.
See file attached. Could you please double check if you could open it with your Flexsim?
When I click on the file form the website, I get an error saying HTTP Status 403. Then when I save it and I try it to open it with Flexsim is when nothing comes out.
Hi @Antonio R8,
When I attempt to download this file, it fails. Could you try uploading it again.
Or perhaps @Benjamin W2, do you have a copy of this model?
Hi @Antonio R8, I created that model in 19.1.2. I thought that is what your original model was posted as. I re-uploaded the model on the original question.
