There are 2 processors with identical process flow, namely RTG79 and RTG88. RTG79 has no item to process so it should be in "idle" state, while RTG88 has 1 item to process so it should be in "busy" or "processing" state. However, their statistics states always show "other" then I can't generate a gantt chart. How to resolve?

only the 3D objects set their states automatically. From what I read in your post, you are using a processor based on a Process Flow template (model would have been helpful)? If so, you will notice that the PF does not implement states, you will have to add those yourself.
