I have model with multiple processors connected in parallel, I am trying to get average utilization of each process by hour.
I tried using the "State" bar chart under statistics tab of a processor, but it only gives me the state of the processor at that moment. Is there a way to get a graph showing what percentage of time was a processor in state "busy" vs "idle" in a given hour?

You can create statistics collectors on the machinery and set it to register time on State Change. From this value you can deduce how long time the machinery has spent in each state.
