I can't see a SketchUp Model

I can't see a SketchUp Model (skp) imported to my FlexSim Model. Wich type of files can I use?

FlexSim 19.2.2
sketchup importmodel import

FlexSim supports skp. See our user manual here : Importing 3D objects

Here is an older question about importing from SketchUp. https://answers.flexsim.com/questions/62843/sketchup-import-faced-distortion.html

If you still have issues importing the file, please upload the file so we can take a look at it.
