How can I add more than one subflows to the same global list?

I would like the same operator "A" executes the two tasks "Corte de Fibra" & "Corte de Consumibles" in an specific order according assigned priority level.

You are close. I would use your event triggered source and a decide. You can have both blocks in each leg of the decide. That way you can change the order easily.
