Resource Properties Flow Bug

Hello!

I am currently running into a bug that is preventing me from moving forward on my simulation. Currently I am running into what I believe is a bug in the properties tab for "Output". Please see attached image. It does not let me change any of the "send to port" options or which transport I want to use. Can someone help? Is there a reset? I already tried "Open default workspace"

Please let me know.

We've seen this issue before. See Graphic issue

We aren't sure what causes it, but running as an administrator fixes it.
