My personal remark is that you should do some more tutorials. Especially the tutorials for process flow and instanced processes. Your logic looks like as if you are doing always the same. This is a task for an instanced process flow logic.
Put the operators into a group. Then you choose this group as a reference for only one resource activity. All acquire activities are connected to this single resource.
