Hello,

Does anyone have an idea of using Fixed Resource Material Consumption and Replenishment process flow?

There's a lot of information on how it works and how to use it inside the process flow itself.
Maybe you could be more specific. What exactly are you having trouble with?

@Allister Wilson

If I need to assume some safety stock and its consumption on delay replenishment(considering Statistical Distribution) how would I do that?. furthermore, if I have no. of bins and also no of reorder, safety stock value( based on commodities) Is there any way to create this system?

Have you read through the documentation inside the Material Consumption and Replenishment process flow?
The Setup section covers what the various properties do.

Is your "safety stock" not the same as the ReorderLevel property ?
The NumReorderUnits and ReorderUnitQty should let you setup the actual reordering the way you want it.

Regarding applying a statistical distribution to the resupply time, you can change the configuration of the Random Delay activity inside the (Implement Your Replenishment Process Here) block.

I'm adding this as a comment rather than an answer because I'm still not really sure what your question is.
If you need more help, please attach your model, with an explanation of exactly what you're trying (and failing) to model using the built-in properties.
